Six connected project arms: Compute (Rust, Apache-2.0, public), Bench (Python, Apache-2.0, public), Simulate (TypeScript, a private product family with proprietary current Tera and Spaces source), Stream (Python, running privately), Forge (Python, in private development), and Arena (Python and TypeScript, Apache-2.0 public data tasks with proprietary Tera spatial tasks).
Lumbridge runs Tera at tera.lumbridgecorp.com. Its map is anonymous and free to play; current Tera and self-hosted Spaces source is proprietary. The immutable public baseline through 24 August 2026 remains Apache-2.0, with procedural art output under CC0-1.0.
Arena uses Prime Intellect Verifiers instead of a Lumbridge harness, Forge hands online RL to Prime-RL, Bench imports the resulting episodes, and approved runs can rent capacity through Prime Intellect's GPU marketplace. Lumbridge focuses on Tera's simulation, task and reward semantics, plus provenance and hardware governance. Prime Intellect is an upstream provider here, not a Lumbridge product or endorsement; Lumbridge is independently developed.
