How we run it ourselves

We run our own company inside Lumbridge.

115 Trading is our own proprietary trading company, not a customer. It operates World 3 as a Dedicated Lumbridge World—a persistent multiplayer office where a distributed team meets in LiveKit-enabled rooms and reaches approved internal tools from one access-controlled environment.

The problem we had

Give a distributed team the shared context of a live desk while keeping proprietary systems within clear access boundaries.

What we built

World 3 combines organization-gated entry, room-scale LiveKit communication, protected work surfaces, and a tenant-scoped runtime. The proprietary stack stays with the tenant; Lumbridge provides the place, presence, and access layer around it.

What this does not prove

Dogfooding shows the software holds up daily. It is not evidence that the product sells, that onboarding works for a team we have never met, or that it survives scale we have not reached.
