We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove models from our platform at any time. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To access certain features of our service, including API usage, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. Lumbridge Corp operates on a pre-paid credit system. By purchasing credits, you agree to the following: • Credits are purchased in advance and consumed as you use the API • All credit purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on purchased credits • Credits expire 365 days after purchase. Unused credits will be forfeited after this period • Credit pricing is available on our pricing page and subject to change with notice • We may offer auto top-up functionality to automatically purchase credits when your balance runs low • You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for credit purchases. Failed payments may result in suspension of API access.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include: • Any illegal activity or violation of applicable laws • Attempting to breach security measures or access unauthorized areas • Sending spam, phishing attempts, or other malicious content • Using the API to generate harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content • Overloading our infrastructure beyond reasonable API rate limits • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract our models • Reselling or redistributing API access without authorization • Using the service to compete with Lumbridge Corp without written permission We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including suspension, termination, and legal proceedings.

API access is subject to the following terms: • Credits are consumed based on token usage as documented on our pricing page • Default rate limit is 60 requests per minute unless otherwise specified • We may adjust rate limits based on your plan or usage patterns • API keys must be kept confidential and not shared publicly • You may not use the API to develop competing services without authorization • We may log API requests for billing, security, and service improvement purposes • API availability is not guaranteed. We aim for high uptime but do not provide SLAs except as specified in enterprise agreements Excessive API usage that impacts service stability may result in throttling or suspension.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including: • Violation of these Terms of Service • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity • Non-payment of fees or chargebacks • Extended periods of inactivity • Behavior that harms other users or our infrastructure Upon termination: • Your right to use the service immediately ceases • Any unused credits may be forfeited without refund • You must cease all use of our API and destroy any API keys • Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any purchased credits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumbridge Corp and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities • Service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches • The content or accuracy of AI-generated outputs • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service • Any third-party content or websites linked from our service Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
